Finding Answers In The Quiet Aspects Of Our Minds

The world today is full of uncertainty and fear, while we abide by stay-at-home orders.  We are unsure of our futures, as the rules are changing all around us.

Some may find anxiety and worrisome thoughts at the forefront of their daily routines, as they become encased in a new normal.

Watching the masses line up appropriately at grocery stores and banks, while cars line the curbs for their pick up orders at various stores, brings about a surreal vision of our new community realities.

If you are feeling your mind becoming overwhelmed by social distancing of family and friends, as you cannot reach out in ways that you once could, it is time to sit silently in contemplation.

You may think you've received enough isolation and alone time, but if you allow this clear space to occupy your mind, you will find solace.  You will allow your mind to re-calibrate and come up with solutions to the feelings that you are facing.

You may be surprised at all the creative ways your subconscious mind will guide you in coming up with solutions to this new path in the world.  You will ultimately find answers that you didn't even recall asking, that will help you move into a more peaceful state of being within the chaos of our current health crisis.

Simply sit in quiet contemplation in nature, a darkened room, or a sunlit window... wherever you can find 10 minutes of quiet time to replenish your mind and give it relief from the sounds and worries of fear that are bombarding our external lives.
