When you are not bombarded with demands or other people’s conversations, your mind has the opportunity to find clarity. You allow your body’s chemical reactions to your emotions to settle down and find a sense of physical equilibrium by quieting the situation which is only found in solitude. 

That means if negativity tries to strike you, immediately replace the thought with a key sentence that gets you back on track. You can make an intention that allows you a sense of peace, by stating something as simple as, “I have a barrier of crystal white light surrounding me that resists anything negative."

Once you have taken a moment to yourself, I want you to picture a beam of white light coming down from above you and encompassing your body. This process will give your spirit complete protection from any negativity and you will be bold to stand in front of adversity as it will not be able to penetrate your boundary. Close your eyes and take a few deep, cleansing breaths while giving your mind a chance to eliminate the charging thoughts of destruction. 

Once your body feels relaxed and your mind is serene, it is time to let your silence speak to you. You need not do anything, as this quiet time will allow solutions to appear within your mind for any troubles you are facing. 

This is the first step in learning how to disengage yourself from the hectic, rambunctious world that is crowding your current environment. The only way to do this is by creating a vortex of silence, so your spiritual mind can be expanded.

If you are constantly complaining and looking at life with negativity, your reality will mirror those types of circumstances to match those dire feelings. When you radiate anger, hatred, envy and jealousy, those thoughts will begin to create those types of experiences in your life.

I feel that this physical realm is a way for our spirits to learn in a method that could not be experienced otherwise. With the use of a body, we can become skilled and knowledgeable in a way that is concrete and material. Our lives are a journey of learning, and every moment can become a teachable lesson.
